At Balanced Therapy, we want to welcome you to find new friends in our Yoga sessions. To find a piece of mind with our massage therapy services. As well as finding a place to find yourself. Meditation sessions, yoga sessions, Reiki classes and more will be available to you to help your expand your horizons and find that inner person.
In our very hectic world we often forget that in order to take care and love those around us, we must FIRST take care and love ourselves. It is not about indulgence, but about self survival.

Actually, I have to clear up some neck pain that's been bugging me for quite awhile before I can get back into yoga. Thanks!

I know that even when I cried all day thinking about how to recover, you were not sleeping, you were dear to me. I contacted the herbal center Dr Itua, who lived in West Africa. A friend of mine here in Hamburg is also from Africa. She told me about African herbs but I was nervous.
